Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 of April 27, 2016

We inform you that your personal data, provided by you, are processed by NEUPHARMA S.r.l., as Owner, for the sole purpose of carrying out the pre-contractual or contractual operations requested by you. We also inform you that the processing of your personal data for these purposes is necessary and functional to the provision of services by NEUPHARMA and that the failure, partial or incorrect provision of your data may result in the impossibility of carrying out the required activities.

We also inform you that, if you find the processing of your data inconsistent with the consents expressed by you, you can complain to the Data Protection Authority, in the manner indicated on the Authority's website (www.garanteprivacy.it). 

In the event of the conclusion of the contractual relationship, your personal data are kept for a maximum period of 10 years from the issue of tax documents, without prejudice in any case to longer retention periods provided for by specific sector regulations.

Your data will not be disclosed, nor used for marketing or profiling purposes and will be processed with suitable methods and procedures, including computerized ones, by our employees, collaborators and other subjects, including external ones, designated as Managers and/or Persons in charge of the processing or, in any case, operating as Holders, who are involved in the management of existing relationships with you or who perform technical or operational tasks on our behalf, or activities such as tax, legal and electronic invoicing consultancy services.
